Itinerary details

Day 0 Hanoi – Bat Trang Pottery Village – Van Phuc Silk Village (Lunch)

Morning: The vehicle and tour guide pick up guests in the Old Quarter and travel across Chuong Duong Bridge to the northern bank of the Red River. The fresh countryside atmosphere on the outskirts of Hanoi helps wash away the stress and fatigue of urban life. The journey continues along the winding dyke roads to Bat Trang Pottery Village — the most famous ceramic and pottery village in Vietnam.

Guests take a walking tour through local pottery workshops, where skilled artisans introduce the unique traditional pottery-making techniques that have been preserved for generations. Guests will also have the opportunity to experience important pottery-making processes themselves, such as shaping and painting ceramic products. Finished products, after firing, will be delivered to the hotel within 48 hours.

Lunch: Guests enjoy lunch at a restaurant in the city center featuring a variety of Hanoi specialties.

Afternoon: Visit Van Phuc Silk Village and discover the traditional silk weaving techniques of the village. Nearly every household operates as a silk workshop, producing colorful and beautifully designed silk fabrics. Guests are free to stroll around the village and shop for meaningful souvenirs made from the famous Van Phuc silk.

4:00 PM: Return to central Hanoi. End of the program.
